Puppies are sold as pets only. A de-sexing contract will be entered into as a condition of sale. The contracts states:
Purchase price
Deposit of $200*
Transfer of ownership of the Miniature Dachshund by the prescribed date to the Purchaser
Condition of sale being the Purchaser will not breed the Miniature Dachshund and will neuter the Miniature Dachshund within a 6 months of age time frame. The purchaser shall not on-sell or gift the Miniature Dachshund prior to transfer of ownership. The purchaser is to provide Jodie Rossow confirmation of the neuter surgery completion so that transfer of ownership can be completed
The Purchaser is required to ensure the Miniature Dachshund is kept safe from theft to protect the blood line, until after being neutered;
In the circumstances the Miniature Dachshund is not neutered by the date required at 6 months of age, the purchaser is to return the Miniature Dachshund to Jodie Rossow. The purchase price including deposit will not be refunded;
*Deposit of $200, non refundable after a 2 week ‘cooling off period’.
